Insurance and Rates

I currently accept Passport, Wellcare, United Health Care, Cigna, Humana, and Anthem insurances. You’ll find my rates for services here:

Initial Intake Appointment, 55 min: $120

Individual Therapy Session, 55 min: $100

Family Therapy Session, 55 min: $105

Online Therapy Session, 30 min: $55

Online Therapy Session, 55 min: $100

If I do not accept your insurance, I am happy to create an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. For uninsured, private pay, or out of network clients, a Good Faith Estimate is available upon request and/or will be provided prior to your first appointment.

Payment is collected at the time of service. Cash, check, credit card, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts are accepted.
